Judicial Endorsements
The Minnesota Disability Bar Association (“MDisBA”) has a procedure for endorsing applicants for judicial positions and other public appointments who embrace the goals of MDisBA. MDisBA endorses applicants who have demonstrated a commitment to the equal treatment of all litigants, the fair administration of justice and the rule of law, and who have been involved in, supportive of, and responsive to disability issues, needs and concerns.
