Embracing Disability Inclusion & Neurodiversity in Legal Workplaces

Join Crip the Law virtually on October 30, 2026, at 1 PM ET for a virtual employer training on creating workplaces that foster inclusion for disabled and neurodivergent legal professionals.

Disabled and neurodivergent legal professionals bring valuable experiences, unique insights, and creative solutions to the workplace. However, many legal employers have not yet cracked the code for attracting and retaining disabled and neurodivergent workers. Fostering disability inclusive and neurodiverse workplaces requires intentionality in all areas--from pay and benefits, to workplaces policies, to reasonable accommodation processes.

In this employer-focused training taking place during National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), Crip the Law President AJ Link and Crip the Law Executive Director Marissa Ditkowsky will discuss the steps that legal employers can take to create welcoming and inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent and disabled employees. While this training will discuss basic legal obligations, the training will highlight the importance of moving beyond compliance.

Registration is available on Eventbrite
